Why is there no sound?

Turn the volume up: the drills show "Sound is off" while it sits at zero. The silent switch does not mute Morse Lamp. On Bluetooth headphones the tone can arrive a beat late; the lamp and the haptics are always on time, so trust them for rhythm.

How do I reset my progress?

Settings → Reset progress. The app asks you to confirm, then locks everything except K and M and forgets your measured rhythm. There is no undo.

What order do letters unlock in, and why?

Morse Lamp follows the Koch method: you start with K and M, drill only what you have unlocked, and the next character arrives when your set is solid. "Solid" means the newest character has at least 20 attempts in keying and 20 in listening, and your whole set is at 90 % or better over its last 50 attempts. The app teaches the 26 letters and 10 digits, in the Koch order, with digits mixed in along the way. Weak characters come up more often.

Does it work offline?

Entirely. The app never connects to the internet, so there is nothing to be offline from.
